Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your MathChallenge account and the personal data associated with it.

Submit a deletion request

Use the same deletion form that is available from the MathChallenge profile screen. Enter the email address connected to your account so we can identify the correct record.

Security note: Umpatech will never ask for your Google or Apple password, authentication code or device passcode.

What will be deleted

After we verify and process the request, we will delete or anonymise the personal information associated with your MathChallenge account, including:

  • Your MathChallenge account and authentication link.
  • Your profile information, nickname and selected avatar.
  • Your game history, answers, progress, scores, XP and streak data.
  • Your ranking and group profile data where it can be associated with you.
  • Your saved notification token and app preferences stored in our backend.

Limited records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or resolving an active dispute. Any retained information will no longer be used to provide the app.

Before you continue

Account deletion is permanent. Your progress, rankings and history cannot be recovered after the request is completed. Uninstalling MathChallenge does not by itself delete your account.
