Terms of use

These terms describe the rules for using MathChallenge.

Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. Acceptance

These terms are an agreement between you and Umpatech. By downloading, accessing or using MathChallenge, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using MathChallenge on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for them.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining control of the Google or Apple account used to access MathChallenge and for activity performed through your MathChallenge account. Information you provide must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.

3. Acceptable use

You may use MathChallenge for personal and educational purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, manipulate rankings, harass other users, upload unlawful content or use automated methods to extract data from the service.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms or keep the service reliable.

4. The service

We continuously improve MathChallenge and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some features require internet access, a compatible device or third-party services.

MathChallenge is an educational practice tool. It does not replace professional teaching, assessment or educational advice.

5. Intellectual property

MathChallenge, Foxy, its software, design and original content are owned by Umpatech or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.

6. Ending use

You may stop using MathChallenge at any time and may request deletion of your account through our account deletion page. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain effective.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, MathChallenge is provided "as is" and "as available". Umpatech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. The updated version will be published here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Contact
